Yes. All patient calls are automatically recorded with tamper-evident storage, role-based access controls and configurable retention. Recordings are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is audit-logged — defensible under POPIA, HPCSA inspection or patient complaint.

How does it work for telehealth and home-based practitioners?

Each practitioner gets one extension that lives on a desk phone, mobile app, tablet and browser softphone — all simultaneously. Take a patient call from telehealth, between consultations, or from home — and it's recorded the same way regardless of which device answered.

Can different practitioners or specialties have their own queues?

Yes. Per-practitioner or per-specialty queues, branded IVRs (e.g. "press 1 for reception, 2 for accounts, 3 for the doctor"), time-of-day routing for after-hours, queue priorities for urgent clinical calls, and overflow rules to back-up reception.

Role-based access controls keep patient recordings on a need-to-know basis. Reception can't access doctor recordings; specialists can ring-fence their own patients. Audit trails record every access. Recordings can be redacted or deleted on retention expiry.

How quickly can a multi-practice rollout go live?

Typical multi-practice medical rollouts run 4–6 weeks end-to-end. Number porting from your current provider is handled by our team. Training for reception, practitioners and admin is included in onboarding. Same-extension mobility means practitioners stay reachable from day one.
